Release of Personal Information Agreement
本同意書說明交通部中央氣象署（以下簡稱本署）將如何處理本表單所蒐集到的個人資料。
This agreement stipulates how the Central Weather Bureau (hereinafter referred to as “the CWA”) shall handle all personal information collected by this form.
一、資料的蒐集與使用方式
Data Collection and Management
- 本表單會蒐集您的個人資料並處理與利用。
This form will collect your personal information and process and use it.
- 蒐集之個人資料僅為本表單內文中所列之用途，不做為行銷及其他之用。
The personal information collected is only for the purposes listed in this form, not for marketing or other purposes.
- 本表單所蒐集與利用您的個人資料之期間為如表單內文中所列，利用地區為台灣地區。
The period of collection and use of your personal information is listed in this form, and the area of use is in Taiwan.
- 您可自由選擇是否提供您的個人資料，但若您所提供之個人資料，經檢舉或由本署發現不足或有誤，或有其他個人資料冒用、盜用、資料不實等情形，您將損失相關權益。
You may choose to provide or withhold your personal information. However, you may lose certain rights or benefits if you provide incorrect, untrue, outdated, or incomplete information.
- 您可隨時依個人資料保護法之相關規定，向本署查詢本署所蒐集您的個人資料、要求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集、處理或利用、請求查閱、複製、刪除。本署聯絡方式為：

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal information: any request to supplement or correct, any request to discontinue collection, processing, or use, any inquiry and request for a review, to make duplications or delete the personal information.

- 如您要求本署停止蒐集、處理或利用您的個人資料，或是要求刪除您的個人資料，除有其他相關法規限制，本署將比照辦理。
If you request to stop collecting, processing, or using your personal information, or request to delete your personal information, the CWA will handle it accordingly unless there are other relevant legal restrictions.
- 除非取得您的同意或其他法令之特別規定，本署絕不會將您的個人資料揭露予第三人或使用於蒐集目的以外之其他用途。
Unless obtaining your consent or other special stipulations of laws and regulations, the CWA will never disclose your personal information to a third party or use it for other purposes.
二、資料之保護
Data protection
- 僅有經過授權的人員才能接觸您的個人資料，相關處理人員皆簽有保密合約，如有違反保密義務者，將會受到相關的法律處分。
Only authorized personnel can access your personal information. All relevant personnel has signed the non-disclosure agreement. Those who violate the non-disclosure agreement will be subject to relevant legal sanctions.
- 本署將依據本署的個資保護控管程序留存與銷毀您的個人資料。
The CWA will retain and destroy your personal information in accordance with the CWA's personal data protection procedures.
三、本同意書可能會因應個人資料保護法或其他相關法規、以及實際需求進行修正。
This agreement may be amended in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act or other relevant regulations and actual needs.
